    China Electrical Apparatus Industry Association Small and Medium-sized Motor Branch 2024 General Meeting and the fourth session of the Ninth Council was held from April 11 to 12 in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province. There were more than 350 representatives from more than 200 enterprises attending the meeting. Hao Xiangfeng, the general manager of Simo company, was invited to participate in the council and the general meeting.

    The theme of the conference is "Building confidence, seizing opportunities, meeting challenges, and promoting the high-quality development of the industry".

    The meeting was chaired by Jin Weiwei, Secretary General of Small and Medium-sized Motor Branch of China Electrical Apparatus Industry Association.

    Wu Yehua, Chairman of Small and Medium-sized Electric Machinery Branch, made a report on the work of the Fourth Council of the Ninth Session to the General Assembly, analyzing the economic operation situation of industry enterprises in 2023, reviewing the main work of the Branch in 2023, and putting forward the work ideas and key tasks of the Branch in 2024.

    China Electrical Equipment Industry Association Executive Vice President Liu Changsheng to guide the work. He first congratulated on the convening of this meeting, pointed out that in the current international context and the new economic situation, the new quality of productivity to the motor industry has brought new challenges and opportunities, the motor industry should be integrated into the new science and technology to continue to innovate, embrace digitalization and intelligence, and work together to achieve high-quality development of the industry. Industry enterprises should be committed to research and innovation of new ideas, research the future direction of development, to promote the deep integration of the motor industry chain, synergistic development, common progress, in order to usher in the "more happy Minshan thousands of miles of snow, the three armies after the end of the face" of the prosperity of the scene.

    At present, the international environment is chaotic and intertwined, the world economic growth is weak; the domestic economic cycle there is a blockage, demand is insufficient, the momentum is not strong, weak confidence in the contradiction is still prominent. Although the industry's head of enterprises in recent years in the intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation and energy efficient motor upgrades have achieved certain results, but most enterprises are concentrated in the production of low-end products, industry overcapacity caused by the involutional competition continues to add according to the industry's high-quality development of the long way to go.

    The Council believes that: the industry should strive to overcome the risks and challenges brought about by changes in the complex environment, pay close attention to the national macroeconomic policy guidance, and actively embrace the current new trends in technological change, accelerate technological innovation, product innovation and service innovation, to create a new quality of productivity of the electrical machinery industry; and actively explore the new industry, new models, new kinetic energy, and to promote the industry to the high-end, intelligent, low-carbon green transformation, and make every effort to promote the quality development of the medium and small-sized High-quality development of the motor industry.

    The meeting held that: the global economic stability and development uncertainty, domestic economic development is still facing a lot of contradictions, we have to face up to the difficulties and have the courage to face the risks and challenges; enhance confidence, work on basic technology research, technological innovation, product innovation and service innovation, to high-quality response to market demand, to lead the industry's development, and to promote the industry's economic stable operation.

    After the meeting, the delegates visited the digital production workshop of Jiangsu Dazhong Technology Co., Ltd. and were impressed by the automated and intelligent production equipment.
