Brief Introduction
The vibration intensity of a three phase induction motor when measured should not exceed the regulation. When the effective value of vibration velocity and acceleration is measured, the correction interval is 0.1, and when the effective value of vibration displacement is measured, the correction interval is 1.
When the motor is inspected at the factory, it only needs to measure the speed of vibration. During type inspection, all 3 vibration values should be measured. If the factory inspection is performed under free mounting conditions, the type inspection shall include tests under rigid mounting conditions.
The noise value of the A-weighted sound power level measured by the motor in no-load is in accordance with the provisions of GBT10069.3-2008. When the three-phase power supply is balanced, the deviation of any phase of the three-phase no-load current of the motor from the three-phase average should not exceed 10% of the three-phase average. In the actual cold state, the deviation between any phase of the DC resistance and the mean value of the three-phase stator winding of the motor should not exceed 2% of the mean value.
When the motor is inspected and tested, the current and loss of no-load and blocked rotation should be within a certain data range, which should be able to ensure that the motor performance meets the requirements.
The motor has a cylindrical shaft extension, the two sides otherwise agreed to allow the motor to be made into two shaft extensions, the second shaft extension should be able to transfer rated power, but can only be driven by a coupling. The motor should be made with six outlet ends (if it has three outlet ends, the user should indicate it in the contract). Viewed from the extension end of the spindle, the junction box of the motor should be placed on the right side of the frame. If otherwise agreed by both parties, the junction box can be placed on the left side of the frame. There should be a ground terminal in the junction box of the motor. For the motor with the frame number of 315 and above, another ground terminal should be set on the frame, and a ground mark should be set near the ground terminal. This mark should ensure that it is not easy to erase during the whole use period of the motor. At the same time that the alphabetical order of the outlet end mark is the same as the voltage phase sequence direction of the three-phase power supply, the motor should be rotated clockwise from the spindle extension end (according to the provisions of GB/T 1971-2006).
