YE5 series motor is a three phase 50 Hz induction motor, which is independently developed by our company. Its cooling method is 1C411,meeting GB/T 755 "Rotating Electrical Machines- Ratings and Performance” and JB/T13299-2017 “Specification for YE5 series (P55) High Efficiency Three-phase induction Motor (Frame size 63-355)".its efficiency value complies with the level 1 energy efficiency standard in GB 18613-2012 and is consistent with the lE4 in the international standard IEC 60034-30 "Energy Efficiency Class of Single-speed Three-phase Cage Induction Motors.

Brief Introduction

In the case of no load, a three phase 50 Hz induction motor with the frame number 315 and below should be able to withstand the maximum safe operating speed of increasing the speed to 1.2 times, and the 8-pole motor and the motor with the frame number 355 should be able to withstand the speed of increasing the speed to 1.2 times the rated speed, lasting 2min over speed test without harmful deformation.

The insulation resistance of the stator winding of the motor should not be less than 0.38M in the hot state or after the thermal test. The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand the voltage test lasting 1min without breakdown, the frequency of the test voltage is 50Hz, the waveform is sinusoidal as far as possible, and the effective value of the voltage is 1760V. In the inspection test of a large number of continuously produced motors on the conveyor belt, the test time is allowed to be shortened to 1s for 200kW and below, and the effective value of the test voltage is 2110V.

The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand the impact voltage test of the insulation between turns without breakdown, and the peak value of the test impact voltage is specified in GB/T22719.2-2008. After the stator winding of the motor is tested for 6 cycles according to the 40℃ alternating wet heat test method specified in GB/T 12665-2008, the insulation resistance should not be less than 0.38M, and should be able to withstand the voltage resistance test specified in 4.16 of this standard without breakdown, but the effective value of voltage is 1500V and the test time is 1min.
