Therefore, the power frequency motor is started by frequency conversion, which has become a very effective improvement measure.

When starting through the inverter, in the low-frequency state, if the same power is output, the current will increase, but in the case of the same torque, the current will basically not change. Therefore, in the state below the power frequency, the variable speed gear reduction motor is in a constant torque operating state, and in the state above the power frequency, the motor is in a constant power state.Regardless of the high-frequency or low-frequency state, the actual operating current of the motor is controlled below the rated current, which naturally ensures the safety of the motor winding.
